About Bucharest:
Bucharest is a bustling city which had earned the nickname “Little Paris” back in the late 19th century due to its’ wide, tree-lined boulevards and beautiful buildings. The buildings remain, having survived the years under Communist rule and the city is becoming a major tourist destination.
As mentioned earlier, most churches in the city are Eastern Orthodox, although there are some Catholic churches as well.
