The concluding Traditional Latin Mass for the Chartres Pilgrimage on Pentecost Monday will take place in the Chartres Cathedral today. This year, it will be celebrated by the general chaplain of Notre-Dame de Chrétienté, Father de Massia, FSSP. In addition, His Excellency Bishop Athanasius Schneider will celebrate the Traditional Latin Mass on Pentecost Sunday along the road to Chartres.
During the Pentecost Monday Mass in Chartres, some 20,000 pilgrims will be honored to hear a sermon preached by Excellency Bishop Philippe Christory, Bishop of Chartres. His Excellency will speak on the Kingship of Jesus Christ (the theme of this year’s Chartres Pilgrimage).
