Angola (Luanda, Muxima, and Saurimo)
Cameroon: the Pope arrives in Cameroon on April 15 and departs on April 18, 2026, with planned visits to the capital Yaoundé, the economic hub Douala, and Bamenda. The visit highlights Cameroon's strong, young Catholic community, with over 7.9 million Catholics (27.9% of the population) and a high number of vocations.
Equatorial Guinea (Malabo, Mongomo, and Bata).
The trip will focus on peace and supporting the poor in the rapidly growing Catholic region.
