About the Shrine of the Holy Family in Gretna, Nebraska:
The chapel here offers a wonderful opportunity for prayer and reflection amongst the beauty of the prairie. A project to add life-size Stations of the Cross has begun, with the first figure (the Agony in the Garden) now on display. It was blessed by Archbishop Emeritus Elden F. Curtiss on March 28, 2013.
Masses are offered weekly on Saturdays. There are no weddings, baptisms, etc. here at the Shrine.
