State of Tlaxcala, Mexico

Located in central Mexico, Tlaxcala is both a state and a city. It has a unique distinction of having appearances of both Our Lord Jesus Christ and the Blessed Virgin Mary.

Among the Catholic places of interest in the state of Tlaxcala are:

Cacaxtla: Saint Michael’s Well

Ocotlan:  Site of two miraculous apparitions, plus a Marian Healing Well
