Livestream: "Who is the man in the Shroud?"

6:00 pm - 7:00 pm

The Shroud of Turin is a blood-stained linen cloth that bears the image of a man, whom many believe to be the crucified Jesus of Nazareth. Scientists, historians, and archaeologists have puzzled over this artifact and still cannot explain how the image was formed, which has led to the conclusion that the Shroud is a relic from the time of Christ’s passion.

Join Fr Andrew Dalton, Pontifical Athenaeum Regina Apostolorum/Othonia (a specialized research center and international association dedicated to the study, promotion, and preservation of the Shroud of Turin), as he explores the history and science behind the Shroud, and how it relates to Christian faith past and present.

Co-sponsored by St. Paul’s Parish, the Society of Catholic Scientists, Harvard Christian Alumni Society, Young Catholic Professionals of Greater Boston, Othonia, and the St. Benedict Institute at Hope College.
