About Holy Family Chapel in Winona, Texas:
Termed “The Pious House”, this is a group of clerics with the full support of the local Bishop seeking to form an Oratory of St. Philip Neri in the Diocese of Tyler. The term “Pious House” refers to one of the stages in the formation of an Oratory of St. Philip Neri. It is still on its way to becoming an Oratory.
The Chapel is staffed by the Pious House at Tyler and offers daily and Sunday Masses (both English and Latin on Sundays) as well as confession and other liturgies. All are open to the public. Visitors: please respect their dress code as shown on their website.
