About the Saint Benedict Center in Schuyler:
Constructed in 1997, and located on 160 acres of farmland across the road from Christ the King Priory the retreat center offers a place of retreat for seekers of God and for people who are tired of living in a noisy world and want to be alone in order to listen to the Lord.
They invite individuals for private or directed retreats, and they offer group retreats such as marriage retreats. They offer retreat programs that help to get in touch with the mystery of God within us and in all reality and that give guidance toward a healthy and more authentic spirituality, but also toward better self-knowledge and toward coping with difficult human situations.
