Naples is on the Gulf of Mexico (or Gulf of America, if you prefer) in southwest Florida, within Collier County.
By car: Naples is south of Fort Myers and Marco Island and lies on U.S. Highway 41, known as the Tamiami Trail, which connects it to Miami, 128 miles to the east.
By Air: The nearest commercial airport Southwest Florida International Airport (RSW) in Fort Myers, which is about 30-45 minutes away.
By train: There is no direct train service to Naples. The Fort Myers Amtrak station, also known as Fort Myers Station or Fort Myers Travel Plaza, is situated at Love’s Travel Center in North Fort Myers, near I-75 exit 139. The station is primarily a curbside bus stop; it does not have a staffed ticket office, restrooms, or vending machines.
