Nazareth: Saint Joseph’s Church

About Saint Joseph’s Church:

Also known as the Church of the Carpenter’s Shop, this church was completed in 1914 and like so many here, was built over the remains of earlier Crusader buildings.  Although no one can really be sure that this was where Saint Joseph’s carpenter shop, there are signs that this was a place of worship dating back to the earliest days of Christianity.
