Sir James MacMillan CBE conducts ’The Elysian Singers of London’
Gala Fundraising Concert for London’s largest Marian Shrine.
On Saturday 25th May, London’s Rosary Shrine (St Dominic’s Priory in Haverstock Hill) will welcome the internationally acclaimed Catholic composer, Sir James MacMillan CBE for an inspiring evening of his choral music, and relaxed conversation about faith, inspiration, and the arts.
Experience the spiritual depth of MacMillan’s music written in honour of Mary, the Mother of God, amid the Gothic splendour of Britain’s largest Marian Shrine church.
Join us for informal drinks after the concert, with an opportunity to meet Sir James in person.
Conclude the evening as Sir James and Fr Lawrence Lew OP engage in conversation: listen in as they speak about faith, music, and a range of topics that Sir James is passionate about including music education in schools, life issues, and the place of the Christian faith in the arts and contemporary Britain.
