The Cathedral of Saints Peter and Paul was consecrated in 1878.  It encompasses Gothic Revival, Romanesque and Romanesque Revival architecture.

The Cathedral contains many beautiful stained glass windows…in particular the magnificent Rose Window shown here, which is above the main altar.

The stained glass windows along the side of the Sanctuary are grouped in pairs, each with a small rose window above.

The Cathedral Organ is one of its prominent features: it is a four manual mechanical action Casavant, Opus 3145. It has 6,616 pipes, 126 ranks, and 73 stops. The Organ was designed by Larry Phelps and installed in 1972. It is the largest mechanical action organ on the North American Continent!
