About Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Cleveland, Ohio:
As with many inner-city parishes, declining population made it necessary to merge St. Elizabeth of Hungary Parish with Saint Emeric Parish. Bishop Edward Malesic issued a decree on July 28 rendering St. Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church in Cleveland a diocesan shrine set aside for the Latin Mass and sacraments. Bishop Malesic stated that the church is to be used for worship according to the “1962 Missale Romanum and the other liturgical texts in use at that time.”
The Church is itself a thing of beauty, as you can see from some of the images below (we took them from their website). It will certainly be a magnificent setting for the Latin Mass.
